Application & safety

Method of application

Prepare sound, open-pore concrete and clean steel as specified. The sheet gives minimum concrete adhesive/compressive strengths of 2.0/30 MPa and steel cleanliness SA2.5. Dampen concrete to saturated surface dry and remove standing water. Obtain the corrected mixing instruction before work. After the recipe is confirmed, follow the complete pour or pump method for 12–120 mm clearances. The source prohibits vibration to increase flow and ties travel distance to gap geometry. In hot or very dry conditions follow the stated water-curing requirement of no more than four hours. Do not substitute NG511 instructions.

Do not publish a mixing recipe until the source’s water-content discrepancy is resolved.

NG 512 is separate from NG 511. The selected NG 512 sheet gives 12-120 mm placement depth.
Mixing-water conditions conflict within the source. Mixing recipe and unqualified numerical strength claims remain on hold.
