An engineering-led chemicals company

SEED Chemicals is the construction-chemicals company of the SEED Group — a Pakistani engineering and contracting group serving construction, industrial and defence-sector clients. We are a separate legal entity with our own production, focused on one thing: solving the seepage, durability and finishing problems that cost the industry most.

We identify the teething problems of local construction and troubleshoot them with innovative, cost-effective, durable and time-tested solutions — as engineers, not just suppliers.

Manufacturing

Our plant at Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi

SEED Chemicals operates a chemical manufacturing facility at Rawat Industrial Area, Rawalpindi. The plant blends, packs and quality-controls our in-house IZONIL and TENSYL lines — waterproof plasters and coatings, skim coats, jointing and repair mortars, bonding agents and putties — while stocking and distributing the imported VELOSIT range from Germany.

Every batch is sampled and tested for workability, set time, coverage and water-stopping behaviour, and released only after in-house QC clears it. Rawat gives direct logistics access to Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt, and onward to Punjab and KP — so material reaches live job sites fast.
