Application & safety

Method of application

Prepare concrete to remove bond-breaking material and expose a sound, pore-open substrate. The sheet gives minimum adhesive/compressive substrate strengths of 1/20 MPa. Stop active leaks, repair defects and pre-dampen to saturated surface dry before coating. Use the complete manufacturer procedure for the chosen brush, spray or dry-shake method. Brush recoat interval is stated as 60–90 minutes at 23 °C. Hot or very dry conditions require the stated 3–4 hours water curing; dry-shake work must also satisfy the concrete’s own curing requirements. Full crystalline effect requires several days of water contact.

Safety notes

Consult the current product safety data sheet and follow its handling measures before use. The archived technical sheet is not a substitute for an SDS.
