Application & safety

Method of application

Review the complete concrete mix, cement/pozzolan content, aggregate moisture, admixture compatibility and joint details. The source strongly recommends trial mixes and restricts pozzolanic materials that compete for available lime. The source allows batch-plant addition with aggregates or addition to a truck mixer, with eight minutes of high-speed mixing for the latter. Dose from total mixing water including aggregate moisture, not a universal cement percentage. Confirm the approved mix and trial results before production. Compact and cure concrete normally and detail construction joints separately.

Safety notes

Consult the current product safety data sheet and follow its handling measures before use. The archived technical sheet is not a substitute for an SDS.

For project selection and substrate-specific advice, contact technical support.

Review limits

  • Separate joint waterproofing is still required.
  • Do not treat example dosage or sample strength gain as universal.
  • Static crack healing requires water contact and is not movement-joint treatment.
  • Dosage is mix-dependent; do not treat the source example as a universal cement-percentage recipe. Conduct trials.
  • Static-crack and water-contact conditions must be retained. Current potable-water approval and unconditional strength gains are not established.

Confirm the exact supplied product, substrate, exposure and current TDS/SDS with technical support.
