Application & safety

Method of application

Prepare sound, rough, open-pore concrete. The source gives minimum adhesive/compressive substrate strengths of 1.5/25 MPa with specification-dependent exceptions. Measure moisture before selecting the primer: the source limits PA911 to its stated low-moisture conditions and specifies PR303 where moisture is higher or expected to increase. Use the recipe for the selected colour and application. Rake or pump within the stated thickness; the terrazzo procedure uses its own specified aggregate and mixing requirements. Do not overwater or cover untreated joints/cracks. Protect for 24 hours from direct sun, wind and temperature changes greater than 5 °C, even though water curing is not required.

Safety notes

Consult the current product safety data sheet and follow its handling measures before use. The archived technical sheet is not a substitute for an SDS.

For project selection and substrate-specific advice, contact technical support.

Review limits

  • The anthracite colour has a separate water allowance.
  • Do not blend ordinary levelling and terrazzo recipes.
  • Do not omit joints, substrate-moisture requirements or 24-hour protection.
  • Water quantities vary by colour and use. Do not merge levelling and terrazzo recipes.
  • Retain primer/moisture limits, 10-35 °C application and initial protection; avoid unconditional no-curing claims.

Confirm the exact supplied product, substrate, exposure and current TDS/SDS with technical support.
