Storage

The archived sheet states 12 months in unopened original packaging at 5–35 °C, dry and protected from sunlight. Confirm the supplied batch and current manufacturer requirements.

Method of application

Prepare sound, open-pore concrete and remove carbonated or defective material as specified. The source gives minimum adhesive/compressive substrate strengths of 1.5/25 MPa with conditional exceptions. Stop active leaks, repair leaking cracks and pre-dampen concrete to saturated surface dry. Protect prepared reinforcement with the specified primer. Apply fresh-in-fresh into the specified slurry coat by trowel or spray, observing the 25 mm vertical limit. Follow the complete repair/waterproofing system and the stated 3–4-hour water curing in hot or very dry conditions. Confirm the intended plug-cement component because the archived sheet names two different codes.
