Application & safety

Method of application

Prepare sound, open-pore mineral substrates and remove contamination and carbonated concrete as specified. The source requires at least 1.5 MPa adhesive and 25 MPa compressive substrate strength, subject to stated specification exceptions. Stop leaks and pre-dampen concrete to saturated surface dry. Steel/rebar needs the specified cleaning and protective primer. Apply fresh-in-fresh over the specified prime coat by trowel or spray. The source permits up to 100 mm vertically, while larger overhead areas may be limited to 50 mm. The EN1504-9 repair workflow calls for CP201 priming. In hot or very dry conditions follow the stated 3–4-hour water-curing requirement.

Safety notes

Consult the current product safety data sheet and follow its handling measures before use. The archived technical sheet is not a substitute for an SDS.

For project selection and substrate-specific advice, contact technical support.

Review limits

  • Do not apply the vertical 100 mm limit unconditionally overhead.
  • Steel requires the specified preparation and bonding/corrosion-protection system.
  • Do not substitute an R4 classification for the source’s R3 statement.
  • The vertical thickness value must not be transferred to overhead work. Confirm orientation-specific requirements.
  • The archived mixing paragraph contains the name PRM202; confirm the current manufacturer sheet before instructions.

Confirm the exact supplied product, substrate, exposure and current TDS/SDS with technical support.
