Application & safety

Method of application

Remove all bond-breaking material and follow the substrate preparation requirements of the final mortar, adhesive or leveller. The source covers specified mineral substrates and gypsum boards; the complete finishing system determines suitability. Adjust dilution to substrate absorptivity within the source’s limit. Apply by brush or roller and avoid puddles. The sheet states 1–2 hours drying at 23 °C/60% RH, while the subsequent product sheet may require a different overcoating interval. Follow the complete system.

Safety notes

Consult the current product safety data sheet and follow its handling measures before use. The archived technical sheet is not a substitute for an SDS.

Review limits

  • Do not give an unqualified exterior-primer recommendation.
  • Drying time does not automatically equal overcoating readiness in every floor system.
  • Do not represent the product as supplied in a pail.
  • Primer drying time is not universal overcoating readiness. Follow the receiving product’s moisture limits and interval.
  • The archived pack format is jugs; confirm current supply.
